Um, and when you, and then you, and then you put Covid on top of it and you're trapped in the house and you have a lot of time to think and introspection and that, and, and this, this album is sort of a, uh, it's kind of a reflection on like, just being a human being during this insane time in history, you know? This guy was theoretically in that circumstance, my boss. I will say that post-traumatic stress can lead to growth, though post traumatic growth. It's not, you cannot get caught up in other people's opinions of you. Yeah. Is that like fuel for you?
